We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Please note: Used or opened beauty products (for hygiene reasons) and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
